Welcome to City Oasis The Hague. By booking a stay at our Bed & Breakfast, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and comply with Dutch laws and regulations.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.
Payment terms, including deposits and cancellations, are detailed in the Booking Policy.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: 11:00 CET
Check-out time: 15:00 CET
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full charges.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
To ensure a comfortable stay, guests must adhere to the following rules:
- No smoking inside the property.
- No pets allowed unless explicitly stated.
- Guests must respect other visitors and staff.
- Guest must respect neighbors privacy and rest.
- Any damages to property must be reported and may result in additional charges.
Liability
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests must comply with all safety regulations during their stay.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be settled in a Dutch court.
